COVID-19 vaccines at FIU
Students, faculty, staff, alumni, retirees and eligible members of their households can access vaccines on our on-campus clinics: the Student Health Center for students and the Ambulatory Care Center for faculty and staff.
Individuals interested in getting vaccinated must make an appointment by phone. Students can call FIU Student Health Services at 305-348-8385. Faculty, staff and other members of the community may contact FIU Health at 305-348-3627.
Don't forget to bring your CDC card (for a second dose appointment) and your personal ID.
All registered students can get vaccinated or boosted at FIU's Student Health Center for a chance to win a virtual reality (VR) set! Student Health and Wellness, funded by the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, will be raffling one Meta Quest 2 (VR set) per month, from June until October 2022.
Registered students who get vaxxed or boosted at FIU, will also be receiving Panther swag, beginning July 1.
Students can call 305-348-8385 to make an appointment. Once they receive their shot, they will be automatically entered into the drawing.

After receiving the vaccine
We need to remain vigilant to stay healthy. Even if you have received the vaccine, we continue to reccomend the use of face coverings. We also reccomend you wash your hands frequently in addition to observing safety guidelines in offices, classrooms, public spaces, housing and laboratories.
Lost vaccine card
If you've lost your COVID vaccine card, don't worry. There are several ways you can request a copy of the card or a copy of your immunization records through Florida SHOTS. Your immunization record can act as a replacement for a lost card.
To obtain a replacement, you can contact your healthcare provider (any provider that administers vaccines) or your county health department. If you are 18 or older, you may also request your record directly from Florida SHOTS by filling out this form.
